The program of development of the republic in 2011 was approved by parliament of the Crimea

December 28, 2010 at the plenary session of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea adopted a program of economic and social development of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in 2011. 

The draft program was minister of economy of ARC Svetlana Verba. 

The basis for the development of the Program The program served as the President of Ukraine Yanukovich VF "Ukraine - for the people!" Economic reform program for 2010-2014 "Secured society, a competitive economy, effective government," Strategy of economic and social development of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in 2011-2020. 

The main objective of the Program of development for 2011 is to create conditions for sustainable growth sectors of the economy based on innovation-investment model and the qualitative development of the areas targeted person. 

Implementation of the Program in 2011 will achieve the following indicators: 

• Growth of industrial production at 103.1% relative to 2010; 
• Increase the volume of gross agricultural output by 101.5%; 
• Investment in fixed capital in current prices amounted to 8,6 billion UAH. (+25%) 
• Foreign direct investment on 01.01.2012 amount to 961.7 million (+17%); 
• The nominal average monthly wage was 2400 UAH. (+20%) 
• Projected financial result (surplus) of the Crimean commodity producers 330 million UAH. 

The state program of social and economic development of ARC for the period until 2017

The aim of the state program of social and economic development of ARC for the period till 2017 is in creation the conditions for balanced social and economic, ecological and cultural development of ARC by rational utilization of natural, labor, industrial, scientific and technical, intellectual recourses, an improvement of social, industrial, transport, engineering, ecological infrastructure, an improvement of conditions of living, resting, rendering healthy of population, preserving of biological diversity and cultural legacy preservation.

The program of investment activity development in ARC for the period until the year of 2010

The aim of the Program is creation of favorable conditions for recovery of investment activity of subjects of economical activity, constant dynamic of economic growth and improve of effectiveness use of investments with the aim of modernization of production and infrastructure, widening of issue of competitive in home and foreign markets products and services.

The main directions of development witch demands top-priority investment must be:

• recreation complex;
• food industry;
• machine building and metal processing;
• agriculture;
• fuel and energy complex;
• energy-saving and appropriate technologies.

Programs of the reference with a firm household waste in ARC for 2009-2011

For the purpose of the decision of environmental problems of an autonomy, and also to execute the decision of Ministerial council of Autonomous republic Crimea №103 from 3/4/2008 the Autonomous republic Crimea Ministry of Economics finishes work on project the project of the Program of the reference with a waste in Autonomous republic Crimea for 2009-2011.

Realization of actions of the project of the Program will be mainly carried out at the costs of investors, it will allow to create modern system of the reference with a firm household waste with observance of all ecological, the sanitary conditions, and also the new industry of profitable garbage enterprises.

The program of development of the republic for 2009

The program sets out objectives, priorities, forward-looking indicators of socio-economic development of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the system of basic measures for the implementation of the program

The main objective of the program is the consolidation of actions aimed at reducing the negative impact of the global financial crisis on the economy of Autonomous Republic of Crimea and to prevent deterioration of living standards of the population.

The program is expected in 4 directions:

• achieving economic stability;
• minimizing the negative social consequences of the global financial crisis;
• development of humanitarian and spiritual spheres;
• regional policy.

The aim of the State complex program of high technologies development is providing of favorable conditions for creation and development of high technologies and wide-ranging modernization of national economy on its base.

The Program of support and development of small business in ARC in 2009-2010 years

The Program of support and development of small business in ARC in 2009-2010 years was approved on session of Verkhovna Rada of ARC in December, 18, 2008.

The aims of the program are:

• to increase of role of small business in solution of economic and social regional problems by moving out barriers of the way of development of business and expanding of access to information and financial recourses;
• stimulation of development of small business in priority spheres of economy of ARC: industry, building, agriculture, resort and recreation.
